Each individual may hold only one done55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. done55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time.
done55 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Age verification documents must be submitted before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to wagering requirements and game contribution rules that are clearly stated at the time of each offer. 6.1 Supported Payment Methods. done55 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). done55 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. done55 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time, with notice provided on the Platform's cashier page.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been completed in full. done55 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed, as processing times may be affected by factors outside done55's control, including payment provider system availability and banking hours.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. done55 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via a specific payment method for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
6.5 Transaction Fees. done55 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which done55 is not responsible.
6.6 Source of Funds. done55 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into a Player's Account. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the matter is resolved.
7.1 General Bonus Rules. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by done55 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Bonus Policy provisions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credit awarded to a Player's Account is subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time of each offer.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slot games contribute at the highest rate, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates or not at all. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credit that has not been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonus credit and any winnings derived therefrom are forfeited without compensation.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. done55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus credit and any winnings derived therefrom where done55 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

All casino games available on the done55 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products, are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
done55 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel on the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, done55 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. done55 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions of games provided by third-party studios.
9.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets placed on the done55 Platform are subject to acceptance at done55's discretion. done55 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at any time, including after a bet has been placed, if done55 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms.
9.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition concerned. In the case of cricket and PSL matches, the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international cricket authority shall be used for settlement purposes.
9.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. done55 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Players or accounts at its sole discretion.
9.4 Palpable Errors. If a sports betting price is published due to a manifest error (including a palpable error in the odds), done55 reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous odds and return staked amounts to Players, regardless of whether the event in question has already concluded.
9.5 Prohibited Bet Types. done55 prohibits the placement of bets on events or markets where done55 has reason to believe that the outcome has been or may be manipulated, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity. Bets placed in connection with suspected corrupt activity will be voided and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the done55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All intellectual property rights in and to the done55 Platform, including but not limited to the done55 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual content created by or for done55, are owned by or licensed to done55. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use done55's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. done55 operates under licence agreements with those studios to make their content available to Players on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, done55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
done55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if done55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
done55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. done55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform.

14.1 Suspension by done55. done55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where done55 reasonably suspects that the Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory or legal compliance purposes.
14.2 Investigation Period. During an Account suspension, done55 may conduct an investigation. done55 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable period. The Player's cooperation with any such investigation, including the prompt provision of requested documentation, is required.
14.3 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting done55 customer support. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification having been completed.
14.4 Balance Forfeiture. In cases where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, done55 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including Real Money Balance, where that balance is reasonably considered to represent proceeds of the breach or fraudulent activity.
done55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

done55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, done55 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 14.3.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that, as closely as possible, reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which done55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through done55 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.
The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
